Malcolm has over 30 years of expertise in the IT business and a thorough understanding of current South African company legislation (for example BBBEE and DCAC processes). Malcolm also serves as a senior program/project manager for all of the group’s firms, with an emphasis on simulator product development.

Terri is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the three firms’ finances, as well as providing HR services, compliance, budgets, and financial reporting. Terri has over 30 years of business management expertise and is one of the original Cybicom Group founders.

Lesiba has benefited greatly from playing a pivotal role in both instances as Director of Crux Technologies and Managing Director of Kitlano, and has gained knowledge and experience in Legislation affecting local governance and multiple sectors.


Titi has 27 years of expertise in the information technology business. He has worked on software development projects for AECI, ABSA, and BWM. Co-founder of Choice-1 Systems, which was listed on the JSE as Crux Technologies in 1998 after combining with three other companies.
